Moonlight Madness Mania
Mysterious, luminescent beauty slowly takes her
At the center of the sullen sky.
Servants in silver -- dancing at her whim
Yet they never wonder why.
Unrestricted, tormented minds crying out for peace
But sleep eludes them in the darkened night.
Dancing in seclusion -- speaking with the wind
Imagination freely flows in the enchanted twilight.
Endlessly, searching for something just beyond their
Brushing against their fingertips.
Intense sensations -- reluctant to pull away
Whispers calling out from parted lips
Moonlight Madness Mania emerges once again.
Property of Joy Elaine -- February 2000
